JXN Water announces temporary road closures will begin today, Wednesday, February 28, 2024, for sewer line repairs in two areas.
Locations: Vardaman Street and Mitchell Street
Details: JXN Water’s sewer contractor will be blocking the road at Vardaman Street between Bailey Avenue and Gordon Street.
The contractor will also be blocking the road at Mitchell Street between North West Street and North Mills Street.
Drivers are reminded to slow down, avoid distractions and be on high alert for roadside workers during the closure.
