What is RP3?
JXN Water’s Residential Plumbing Protection Program (RP3) is your connection to licensed, vetted plumbing professionals who meet our standards of excellence. Whether you’re dealing with a sewer backup, water leak, or clogged private line – RP3 helps you find help you can trust.
This program was created to protect our city’s water and sewer systems by giving homeowners easy access to plumbers who know how to get the job done right – and know when to call JXN Water if it’s a public-side issue.
When to Use an RP3 Plumber
Choose an RP3 plumber when you’re experiencing:
Sewer backups on your property
Leaks between your home and the water meter
Grease or root instrusions in private lines
Repeated plumbing issues that haven’t been resolved
Questions about whether the problem is yours or JXN Water’s
RP3 plumbers understand how private plumbing connects to public infrastructure. They’ve been trained to follow best practices, communicate clearly, and help you avoid unnecessary damage or delay.

Below is a list of current RP3-approved plumbers. Each provider has:
A valid Mississippi plumber’s license
Proof of liability insurance
Verified references
Completed the RP3 information session with JXN Water

JXN Water is accepting applications from local, licensed, and insured plumbers who want to join the RP3 referral list.

Steps to Apply:
1 Fill out the online application form
2 Upload your Mississippi license and proof of liability insurance
3 Provide two professional references
4 Attend the RP3 Information Session
5 Await follow-up and approval from the JXN Water team
If you can’t upload your documents online, you may frop them off in person at: JXN Water Office.
