The JXN Water Residential Plumbing Partnership Program (RP3) helps our customers find licensed plumbing professionals who meet our standards of excellence.

The program was created to protect our city’s water and sewer systems by referring homeowners to plumbers who can help when they’re experiencing leaks, backups, or other plumbing issues.

JXN Water is accepting applications from local, licensed, and insured plumbers who want to join the RP3 referral list.

Benefits include:

Being featured on JXN Water’s website and customer referral list



Receiving direct referrals from our call center



Recognition as a trusted local service provider



Access to resources and updates on infrastructure best practice

Steps to Apply:

1 Fill out the online application form

2 Upload your Mississippi license and proof of liability insurance

3 Provide two professional references

4 Attend the RP3 Information Session

5 Await follow-up and approval from the JXN Water team

If you can’t upload your documents online, you may drop them off in person at: JXN Water Office.
