JXN Water Invites Jackson Community to Quarterly Meeting

JACKSON, Miss. — JXN Water will host its quarterly community meeting on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at the JXN Water Summit Office, 1054 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi. The meeting is free and open to the public, with breakfast and coffee provided.

Community members are encouraged to attend and learn about the latest Water Quality Report and an update on Priority Projects underway across the system. The quarterly meeting remains one of the most direct ways for Jackson residents to get information from the source, ask questions, and hear what is being done in their neighborhoods and at the treatment plants.

Customers who are unable to visit the Customer Care Center during regular business hours are also encouraged to attend. Customer Care representatives will be on site to assist with account questions and other support typically available at the Center.
